BOOKING PROCEDURE
To make a booking, or speak to one of our extremely helpful Event Advisors, please contact our booking office on 01925-415114 during office hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.

To book a Private / Exclusive hire event on either the Standard Circuit or the Main Arena:
We require a minimum of  50% of the cost of a private hire event as a deposit. The outstanding balance is then payable on event arrival at latest (including catering, if required). NB - Of course payment can be made in full on booking if preferred.

 We also require a fully completed booking form, hard copy.

To book an Open event on the Main Arena:
We require payment in full for Open race events in all cases on booking.

We also require a fully completed booking form, hard copy.

CATERING

MAIN ARENA
On all Main Arena race events, the circuit side cafe will be open for guests to purchase hot and cold refreshments and snacks, as they require.

Alternatively these refreshments can be available from the cafe for your guests (at no cost to themselves) as you can re-pre-arrange a cafe TAB. You can limit this TAB if / as you require.

The Main Arena can also offer the facility for private hire events to include catering within your Speedkarting experience.

Catering does require advance ordering. You have a choice of 3 BBQ's, Breakfast, Hot Pot or Chilli served on an 'Eat as much as you like' basis. Sorry - one menu per event only. Minimum numbers apply. BBQs only available on bookings of 30 drivers or larger.

On our larger private hire events of 30 drivers plus catering can be enjoyed track side in between racing. On our newer smaller private hire events of 20 drivers we can now provide facilities to dine after your event in a separate private area.

NEW FOR 2011 - 'AFTER EVENT CHILL OUT LOUNGE'

(Main Arena / Standard Circuit - Exclusive Events only)

Totally hot off the press as they say - is a new facility we've just launched to enable private hire race event participants to extend your stay on our premises. This is proving to be a fabulous addition to the enjoyment of your karting experience here at Speedkarting Warrington, allowing you to wind down with a drink / liaise with customers / dine after your karting.

The room is sound proofed and is available at no extra charge* for your use for up to one hour from the completion of your karting.

If you would like to include catering within this facility, after your karting, we can offer you the option of either a Hot Pot or a Chilli (BBQ's not available) and beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic).

This room can be utilised after the event should you wish to stay on with us just to have a drink.

NB: * Room use is FOC - charges due for refreshments and catering as required / advance notice for room use and catering required. If you are the last event of the day, this facility will be relocated to the circuit side cafe. Minimum catering numbers apply. Advance booking required.

CATERING

STANDARD CIRCUIT

The Standard Circuit does not have a cafe facility; vending machines provide confectionary and cold drinks during your event.

The Standard Circuit can also offer the facility for you to include catering within your Speedkarting experience on events of 20 people or above.

This does require advance ordering: you have a choice of Hot Pot or Chilli, served after your event in our New for 2011 After Event Chill Out Lounge - please see above for full details . Sorry - one menu per event only. Minimum numbers apply.
